Evolution Gaming’s gambling portfolio recently got a little thicker, with Greentube Alderney Limited signing them up for their Live Casino products.
Greentube is part of Novomatic subsidiary, Novomatic Interactive, and they have decided to use Evolution Gaming’s Live Casino products in their markets. The company takes pride in delivering safe and secure casino entertainment to consumers from around the world. They are one of the world’s leading providers of online and mobile gaming products.
The deal includes B2C operations in Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, among other markets. Evolution Gaming will have their products featured in Greentube’s Star Vegas in Italy and Spain, as well as in the Admiral Casino in the U.K. The agreement also stipulates that all of Evolution’s products will now be made available to all of Greentube’s customers.
Officials from both brands have expressed their delight about this new partnership. Evolution’s representatives have expressed confidence that their casino solutions are perfect for Greentube’s portfolio. For their part, Greentube’s representatives look forward to developing their relationship with Evolution even more in the future.
Evolution Gaming Chief Commercial Officer Sebastian Johanisson said in a press release: “We are delighted to announce this deal and we are confident that our wide range of outstanding Live Casino games and live game shows will be the perfect addition to Greentube’s content portfolio.”
Greentube Head of B2C Brands in the UK Richard Poole has this to say: “We are delighted to sign with Evolution Gaming. Last year we launched the new UK casino brand Admiral Casino and launching a Live Casino is an important next step for the brand and our growth plans. Live Casino is now a prerequisite for a digital casino and Evolution Gaming come with a fantastic pedigree and a market-leading product. I look forward to growing our relationship with Evolution.”
This new partnership is just the most recent step Evolution has taken in their bid to considerably expand their list of clients this year. They have just recently signed a deal with Sportingtech and expanded their operations in the Italian market by entering into a partnership with Planetwin365. They have also just inked an agreement with one of the new online casino portals, Betzest.
It certainly looks like Evolution Gaming is gaining a much stronger foothold in the gambing market. They have even reported a double-digit increase in income for the first quarter of this year.
However, things are not all bright and rosy for the gaming platform provider. The company’s employees in the Republic of Georgia have led strikes to call attention to their plight and have threatened to unionize. Their main argument is that the company has not been providing them with fair wages or proper working conditions. It is said that some employees earn a measly $137 a month, which is certainly below the average wage in the capital city of Tbilisi, where the average monthly salary is $340. The union talk has also resulted in some employees claiming that they have been “illegally” fired.
